Under the direct supervision of the Director of Adult Undergraduate Admissions & Student Success, Regional Academic Centers (RAC), the Associate Director will work in conjunction with numerous departments on campus to promote quality enhancement initiatives, RAC retention projects, and strategic initiatives as they pertain to Enrollment Management. The Associate Director will be responsible for all aspects of identifying, designing, and coordinating comprehensive programs related to academic support services and promoting student engagement for the non-traditional student population throughout the student life cycle, as well as lead initiatives and utilize tools with retention software to proactively identify academically and financially at-risk students.


A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university is required. A Master’s degree is desirable. In addition, at least two years of previous experience in higher education administration working with the working adult population, familiarity with gathering and analysis of appropriate internal data, and implementation of strategies is required. The successful candidate must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite. The successful candidate will also have excellent interpersonal, customer service, and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with a wide variety of audiences. In addition, this position required excellent time management skills. The successful candidate must have enthusiasm for work in an enrollment profession and have a willingness to work irregular hours when needed.
